Kratos PSS Leadership
Prior to joining Kratos, Ben Goodwin was President of Public Safety, Security and Industrial Systems Group and Sr. Vice President for Sales and Marketing at SYS Technologies. His focus was on developing new products, markets, and strategies. He played a key role in executing the company’s strategic objective of developing a broader base of revenues that included products and developing new markets. Prior to joining SYS, Mr. Goodwin held a variety of executive management positions. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aonix, a developer of software product solutions for the aerospace, telecommunications, and transportation industries. He also served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for FinanCenter, a developer of financial decision tools. In addition, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Software Products and President and Chief Executive Officer of SofTech Microsystems. Mr. Goodwin has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Millsap’s College.
Executive Vice President of Operational Excellence
Fred Thomas is responsible for working closely with all regions across the country to implement operations, finance, and sales standards. He joined Kratos in 2003 following the acquisition of Delmarva Systems Corporation, a leading security systems integrator. Mr. Thomas co-founded Delmarva in 1981. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware.
Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President Jim Henry co-founded Henry Brothers Electronics (HBE) in 1989, and served as President until his election to CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors in December 2001. His company was acquired by Kratos in 2010, and he now serves as Executive Vice President, leading a variety of key activities centered on corporate development and driving the growth of the company. Mr. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Senior Vice President and CTO Chris Peckham leads Kratos' efforts in complex projects and programs, and is also the primary driver of the technology efforts that maintain the company's innovation in emerging trends. Dr. Peckham has served in a variety of technical leadership positions in information technology and network engineering during his career. He most recently served as CIO of Henry Brothers Electronics at the time of its acquisition by Kratos. Previous to that he was Director of Operations for SunGard Higher Education. Dr. Peckham received his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Scott Deininger brings over two decades of experience in the security industry and was instrumental in creating the National Accounts team while at Ingersoll Rand. He also held various positions at Ingersoll Rand including Director of Sales & Business, Regional General Manager, VP of Sales & Technology, plus VP of Operations. Prior to his career at Ingersoll Rand, Mr. Deininger worked at Security Technologies Group (acquired by Siemens), Barnard Communications, Inc. (acquired by Pinkerton), and CASI-RUSCO (acquired by GE Security). He holds a Business degree from the University of Arizona.
Vice President of Finance
Dave DiMaggio joined Kratos as the Divisional Controller before being promoted to Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Kratos, Dave held the positions of Assistant Corporate Controller, Director of Finance Center for Expertise in ERP, and Group Financial Officer for a multi-billion dollar global leader in the manufacturing and sales of high-tech filtration, separation, and purification products. He played key roles in strategic global shared service centralization, global ERP systems implementations, and strategic reorganization to vertically integrate the company’s lines of business. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Wayne State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Director of Human Resources
Helen Campbell manages and oversees all Human Resource functions for Kratos Public Safety & Security Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Kratos in 1994, she served as Human Resources Manager for Marriott International where she directed Human Resource and Marketing functions for the Health Care Division in Delaware. Ms. Campbell holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Briarcliffe College.
